I Have Hosted Sarkodie’s Concert Several Times Without Taking A Dime So It Shouldn’t Come As A Surprise If He Does Same For Me – KOD reveals

Aced Ghanaian broadcast Journalist  Kofi Okyere Darko affectionately known as KOD  has revealed that  he doesn’t charge anything whenever he hosts Sarkodie’s concert, Rapperholic.

KOD has been a regular host for Rapperholic which is arguably a high budget event. Speaking in an interview with Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty,  KOD explained it shouldn’t always be about money and that his decision to host for free is borne out of a need for industry players to be supportive of each other.

“I get a lot of support in the industry with my events because of how I support other people”.

He added that is the way the industry can progress. KOD was positive his good deeds will eventually pay back should he ever need help from these artistes.

In his words, “I have hosted Rapperholic for a number of times without taking a dime so don’t be surprised if you see Sarkodie supporting me at any point in time”.
